How I lost 20 Kg weight in 4 Months

Recently I lost around 20 kg of weight, and most of the people who saw after this change asked me lots of questions about my diet and workout plan, which made me write this blog about my diet and workout schedule and details.


I have started in last week of December 2015, when My weight was around 95 kg, and today my weight is 75 kg. which is under Normal BMI (my height is 175 cm).

Thanks to internet and lots of other blog which gave me the knowledge for what to eat and what to avoid.

first thing in my diet I have changed was to eat low oil /No oil vegetables, as in our Indian food we add lots of oil and making vegetable with no oil was a biggest challenged for my wife, and Thanks to her she changed her cooking style and cooked low oil foods, (I will ask her to write few recipes on low oil food :-)
also if the oil is must then  she is using 1 tspn olive oil only.


What I eat daily 
1) flax Seeds -2 tspn
2) bottle gourd (loki) juice
3) potato or rice only twice in a month
4) 2 fruits raw (no fruit juice)
5) 4 almonds
6) 1 walnut
7) Gur/ (jaggery) twice in week (to avoid craving of sweet dish/ sweets)

Breakfast
1) oats meal/ suzi upma
2) Tea (with milk + sugar)

Lunch
1) Vegetable Salad (with onion+ cabbage + carrot + cucumber)
2) 2 chapati  without Ghee (Clarified butter)
3) low oil Vegetable (cooked)

Evening Snack
1) Green Tea

Dinner
1) Vegetable Salad (with onion+ cabbage + carrot + cucumber)
2) 1 chapati  without Ghee (Clarified butter)
3) low oil Vegetable (cooked)




Need to avoid
1) Chips
2) butter
3) cheese
4) cold drinks
5) Indian sweets with high sugar
